Our
Story
August Magnolia, PLLC.
August Magnolia, PLLC. was created during the chaos of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic in Clinton, MS.
​
Our sister company, Aadarinei, PLLC. (pronounced AH-DARE-REN-NEE) had grown from a commissioned Mississippi Notary Public company to a thriving business with many other departments added along the way.
​
The Property Management department was added to Aadarinei, PLLC. in April 2016 in Mississippi. In August 2019, we expanded to the state of Louisiana in downtown Shreveport. For more information, feel free to visit Aadarinei's website at www.aadarineipllc.com

Since, the owner could only hold a Notary Commission in Mississippi, the decision was made to move all Notary services and the other departments to a new company... August Magnolia, PLLC. created in March 2020.

​A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who has been trained to handle loan documents in real estate transactions. Lenders and title companies hire Signing Agents as independent contractors to assist in the last step of the loan process, which enables the loan to be funded.

We will deliver anything legal from Mississippi to Texas, up to 25 lbs. all while ensuring a prompt, safe delivery with a signature and photo confirmation.

Process Server services in Mississippi (Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Warren, Claiborne, Jefferson, and Adams counties) and in Louisiana (Caddo, Bossier, Webster, Claiborne, Lincoln, and Bienville parishes).
We use the ServeManager to facilitate all aspects of this department from the initial agreement to serve to the confirmation of all parties being served.

Court Remote Witness Deposition Representative
August Magnolia, PLLC. provides trustworthy services to all participants are in different locations to appear by telephone or videoconference for court proceeding in my Mississippi office.
All participants will wait until their name is called in court just as if they would have actually attended in person.
The identification of all parties will be verified before the proceedings. Also, any identification must be a valid with a photo... for example, a state-issued ID such as a driver's licence or a valid passport.

Wedding Officiant
Let us officiate your wedding in the state of Mississippi!

We encourage you to be as creative as you like on your special day. We can tailor to your request of a traditional or a formal wedding, whether you write your own vows or the Minister recites them and you repeat them. It is your choice!

After the ceremony, the marriage license will be signed along with the couple. The license must be submitted to the state of Mississippi within 5 days of the ceremony.
